"I’m extremely frustrated with my experience canceling my homeowner’s and auto insurance policies with Trinity @ State Farm. The lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. I made efforts to cancel, because was Thinity advised after a need to make a insurance claim,have being a cliente for a year ,I received little to no guidance or confirmation, which created confusion and unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, I’m now being charged extra fees by text messages that were never clearly explained. This situation feels very unfair and poorly handled. A process that should have been simple turned into a long and frustrating experience due to the lack of transparency and follow-up. I expected better service, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance policies. I hope this issue is addressed and that improvements are made so other customers don’t go through the same experience."

"Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the accidents you’ve been dealing with. To clarify what happened on our end: Your vehicle was involved in an incident where the at-fault driver was not disclosed to us. We attempted several times to collect the at-fault driver’s information; however, you were unwilling to provide that information. Just a few months later, you had another accident. Because of the circumstances surrounding these losses in the short time you were insured with us and your claims history, your policy was subject to company cancellation. Regarding the balance: You told us you wanted to cancel before the cancellation date provided to you. Even so, there was an outstanding premium/balance on the policy at the time cancellation was requested. We advised you multiple times that the balance remained due, and the cancellation does not automatically eliminate charges already incurred during the policy term. We understand you feel the charges are unfair, but we are required to follow the policy terms and billing process."

"I went online to purchase auto insurance for my vehicle this morning. Within probably an hour Samantha Summers called me directly and discussed the options for renters insurance.
